CONWIK was engaged as the primary civil works contractor for the Risby Cove accommodation refurbishment in Strahan, delivering a coordinated scope of works across both civil and SMP disciplines. The project formed a key part of the site’s upgrade, requiring precise sequencing and collaboration to support multiple trades within an active hospitality environment.

CONWIK’s civil team completed all electrical, water, and gas trenching, along with gravel supply and cartage, electrical set-outs, garden bed dig-outs, and concrete set-outs. In parallel, the CONWIK SMP team delivered a range of high-quality fabrication and installation works, including steel edging installation and welding, fence panel fabrication, fire door latch installation, and the supply and installation of both polished stainless steel and galvanised handrails. The project highlights CONWIK’s ability to deliver integrated civil and SMP solutions with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
