Leach Plant Raw Water Ring-main

The Leach Plant Raw Water Ring-Main project was initiated to resolve critical water quality issues within the client's leach plant. CONWIK was engaged to provide a comprehensive solution, encompassing engineering, design, procurement, and construction. Our scope of work included the complete engineering and design process, procurement of materials, and installation of the necessary infrastructure to ensure improved water quality and system performance.

Works included but were not limited to:

  • Supply & installation of pipework – DN63 PN16/SDR11 HDPE Pipeline

  • Fabrication & installation of pipework – 21 x DN63 PN16/SDR11 HDPE Hose-down Outlets

  • Fabrication & installation of pipework - Acidic leach vessel water sprays manifold

  • Supply, fabrication & installation of all required structural steel supports
